Matt has worked in the real estate industry for over 10 years having recently moved to Boise from Seattle. Over  the past 6 years, Matt has worked to design, entitle, market, finance, and deliver over 1.3 million square feet of class A mixed-use commercial office within a new 36-acre multi-billion-dollar TOD neighborhood in Bellevue, WA. 

 

Over his career, Matt has completed retail and commercial office projects ranging in size from a few thousand to a few hundred thousand square feet including the development and management of new urban neighborhood parks, streets, and utility infrastructure to support the surrounding area.  Matt manages all aspects of the development process and works to establish and build strong relationships within the development team and the surrounding community.
